When will the rape of women stop in India?
There is No Fear of Law in Rapists
Strange things are going on in the world today. Criminal incidents are being seen everywhere. Everyday such incidents are filled in social media. Before being published in the newspaper, they are read or seen from social media. In India too, news of criminal activities abounds. If we talk about the atrocities committed on women, then its graph is increasing day by day. The condition is that how many rape-like incidents happen in a day, no one can tell from the figures. Many cases of rape of girls in the country are suppressed by intimidation, greed. Sometimes poor families have to make rounds of police stations to register a case of rape. The incident of gang rape with Nirbhaya shook the nation of India. After this incident, a strict law was made for the protection of the daughters of the country. But it is a matter of regret that even after that, incidents of very heinous rape like Nirbhaya are happening. Rapists have no fear of law. Every day these rapists are carrying out incidents like raping girls. Young girls are becoming victims of the poor. Some cases are also coming to the fore in which the victim was burnt alive after raping. Such an incident raises questions on humanity itself. In some cases the leaders of political parties come in the media and condemn the incident, the general public also expresses grief. News is published two or four times in the media. After all this, the rape case, which again became headlines, is forgotten. In fact, everyone becomes silent considering it as their duty to condemn the incident. When again such a horrific rape incident happens, they stand up to condemn it again. This behavior of the general public is ending the fear of rapists. Surprisingly, some of us start defending the rapists. Then they remember human rights. The rapists should be punished with Talibani punishment, only then their hearts and minds will be afraid. Such scoundrels will have to be punished in the city square in front of the common people.
In Jharkhand, once again, a scoundrel carried out the petrol incident. Even in the month of August, when a girl named Ankita refused to talk, the house was set on fire after sprinkling petrol while sleeping. This time in Dumka area of Jharkhand, a married man carried out the Dhinauni incident. He was pressurizing the 19-year-old Maruti salt girl to marry him. The man said that even though he is married, he still wants to marry the girl. Maruti’s family refused to marry. After which without any fear, he started threatening the girl and her family. As soon as he got the opportunity, he broke the latch of the door and entered the house, at that time the girl was sleeping. In a deep sleep, that poor girl poured petrol on the girl and set her on fire. When the victim’s body caught fire, her eyes were opened. He saw Rajesh salt man running from the house. The police recorded the statement of the girl who had suffered severe burns in the presence of the magistrate. The girl Maruti also lost the battle of life. This is how many daughters give their lives without any fault due to such misdeeds. When the victim dies after the incident, the leaders simply keep silent by saying “beti we are ashamed”.
There is a limit why no one talks about stopping like this. Nothing will happen just by making laws in the country. For the poor of lust, the strictest law should be implemented in public at the crossroads of the city. In our country right now, in the Navratri of Mother Durga, everyone worships the girl child as a goddess. The poor of these lusts did not spare even the holy days of Maa Durga. In Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh, 6 friends, along with a young woman returning home from Durga Puja, carried out a gang-rape-like incident. The poor of lust raped the girl in turn and also made a video of this incident. The girl was so scared of all this that she did not tell anything to the family. How much fear is there among the poor, it is known from the fact that two days after the incident, they sent the video of the gangrape to the girl’s family on WhatsApp. After that when the police officers saw the video, they understood the matter. The girl was very much scared, due to which the women police officers explained to her many times. Then somewhere the girl was able to tell about the sari incident. The police arrested him on 5 October. Taking cognizance of the gang-rape incident, the government issued orders for bulldozer action at the house of the accused. Only time will tell how much this initiative of the government will affect such poor minded people.
Such rapists are roaming freely in the country. The way daughters are made victims of lust every day. Seeing this, it seems that the people of the country will have to stand united against the rapists. Such a campaign will have to be started, so that he never dares to commit such a heinous act.
