Today, despite the trend of social media, only a few incidents of rape come to the fore. Many incidents are not even known. Exactly 9 years before today i.e. on 16 December 2012, that dreadful and wretched night which ended the life of a girl in one stroke, but this incident shook the common people to the core. Not only this, taking lessons from this incident, many important changes were also made in favor of women in the Indian legal system. This incident was called Nirbhaya incident. After the death of Nirbhaya, women across the country staged a massive protest and everywhere there was a demand for the culprits to be punished for their actions. People of all classes along with the daughters and women of the country had hope that now the incidents of rape would be stopped. But even after the Nirbhaya incident, incidents of rape with daughters and women are happening in India. Now the cases of brutally killing the daughters of the country after raping them are coming to the fore. Whenever there is an incident of rape in the country, protests are held for some time demanding the hanging of the culprits. The incident is also discussed in newspapers and TV channels. Then everyone becomes calm. Slowly the discussion of that incident stops. Again in some area in the country, a daughter is raped and the rapist mercilessly kills the victim. This series is going on.
In the country of India, such incidents are now coming to the fore with a frightening and heart-wrenching face. It is the lover who brutally kills his girlfriend. After the murder, he cuts his girlfriend’s body into pieces to avoid punishment. Girls who are madly in love with their boyfriends oppose their families and leave them at home. A girlfriend who has crossed all limits to get her love, does not even know when her lover becomes a human being. In exchange for love, the girlfriend gets a painful death. Many such cases have come to the fore in the country recently. Recently, the Shraddha murder case of Delhi has once again shaken the entire nation. Even now the case of Shraddha murder case remains in headlines in the media. In this case, Shraddha Walker was brutally murdered by her lover Aftab Amin Poonawala by strangling her. Shraddha loved her lover very much. The magic of Aftab’s love was speaking on Shraddha’s heart and mind. Shraddha was so enamored of Aftab that she could not see the flaws. Opposing her family, Shraddha started living with her lover. From here the distance of Shraddha from the family increased. To such an extent that the father and daughter started shying away from talking to each other even on the phone. The daughter’s relationship with her father deteriorated. He even stopped talking. On May 18, 2022, her lover Aftab strangled her to death in a rented house in Chhatarpur, Delhi. After this, the dead body was cut into 35 pieces and kept in the refrigerator and thrown one by one in Mehrauli forest during a fortnight. At the same time, father Vikas Walker had never imagined that the daughter Shraddha whom he put on his shoulders, swung in his arms and lifted in his lap, would end up so dreadful. After the death of the same daughter Shraddha, it would not be lucky to even give her a shoulder. Today the situation is such that the Delhi Police arresting the accused Aftab and searching in the forest to find the pieces of Shraddha’s body.
The Shraddha murder case has not yet completely settled down that in Delhi, a similar incident of a lover killing his girlfriend due to suspicion has come to the fore. A live-in-partner strangulated his 25-year-old girlfriend to death in Sarita Vihar area here. It is being said that the lover suspected that his girlfriend was having an affair with some person. There was a dispute between the two regarding this and the lover strangulated the girlfriend to death. According to the information received from the media, on November 11, the police found a girl unconscious on the fourth floor of a flat in Madanpur Khadar area. The police later took the girl to the hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead. The deceased girl has been identified as Guddi, a resident of Delhi. When the police started investigating the matter, a young man named Rahul was suspected of killing the girl. Rahul was living with his girlfriend Guddi as a live-in partner. The love affair was going on between the two for a long time. Police has arrested the accused and sent him to jail.
Similarly, on 16 November 2022, a similar case came to light in Padokar village of Junagadh. In this case, a 42-year-old married lover strangled her 22-year-old girlfriend to death. Then tied the dead body to a stone and threw it into the pond. So that the dead body of the girlfriend remains immersed in the water of the pond. But as soon as the dead body fell in the pond, the stone got separated from the dead body and the dead body of the girl came above the water. That is why the accused of killing the girlfriend was arrested. The police told the media that the post-mortem report revealed that the girl was pregnant. DNA test is being done in the case. In Unnao, on November 10, the police solved the mystery of the death of a Dalit girl who was found dead in a blood-soaked state in her house in 4 days. In the police investigation, the youth who was arrested confessed to the crime of killing a Dalit girl after rape. On the day of the incident, being alone at the girlfriend’s house, Oropi’s lover reached her house after consuming medicine where he had a physical relationship. The lover accused of murder and the deceased had friendship for about 2 years. The accused told the police that he had reached his girlfriend’s house in the afternoon after consuming the medicine. The accused lover continued to have physical relations for a long time even after protesting against the girlfriend. The accused lover confessed that he had fled from there after the girlfriend’s health deteriorated during the rape. In fact, when the accused lover was carrying out the rape incident, the girl started bleeding profusely at that time. Seeing the condition of his girlfriend getting worse, the accused ran away. After which the girl died a painful death. The police had registered a case under section 376A and murder on the statements of the father.
Accused teacher Shivendra Singh Kanwar, 29, lives in Jaitpur area of Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. Accused Shivendra was a guest teacher in the school in which the 14-year-old student living in her neighborhood was studying. Shivendra trapped the minor girl in his love trap and had physical relations several times. During this, the minor student became pregnant. It has been learned that when the student asked the accused teacher about marriage, he flatly refused. After the lover teacher refused to marry, the girl started making constant pressure. The accused lover teacher got upset due to the pressure of the girl student. Due to this, teacher Shivendra made a plan to kill the student and on November 13, the teacher called the student to a neighboring farm after talking lovingly. During the meeting, the teacher fed poisonous fruit to his girlfriend, which led to her death. After this, accused lover Shivendra Singh threw the dead body of the girl in the well and fled from there. In this case, the girl’s family lodged a missing report at the Jaitpur police station. Police formed SIT team to investigate the matter. Due to investigation by the police, the body of the girl student was found from the well after four days. Police arrested the accused teacher after 6 days.
Recently, on 19 October, a heart-wrenching case has come to the fore from Bathinda, Punjab, where a man in a live-in relationship killed his girlfriend. It has been learned that the accused lover is the nephew of the woman whose girlfriend he killed on suspicion. Lover Sukhpal and woman Kulwinder Kaur had also done love marriage in the court. According to media reports, the woman Kulwinder Kaur started living in a live-in relationship with her nephew Sukhpal Singh after her husband’s death. Later both of them got married in the court. After a few days of marriage, there was a mutual dispute between the two. On Friday, Kulwinder Kaur had come to Bathinda for some work and was standing outside the court premises. At the same time there was again a dispute between the two regarding something. After this dispute, Sukhpal shot and killed Kulwinder. After the murder, the accused fled from the spot. Police told the media that the accused is a person of criminal nature against whom more than 13 cases are registered in different police stations of Bathinda, Sirsa, Sri Muktsar Sahib. The accused lover had used his partner’s license revolver to kill the woman. Police is now taking further action.
Many such cases are coming to the fore, in which the girlfriend who believes everything of her lover keeps on crossing every limit. She keeps distance from family and acquaintances for the love of her lover. The madly in love girlfriend keeps believing his every right and wrong thing. Day and night she sees only lover. If such cases are looked at seriously, it is known that in most of the cases, the reason for the murder is the suspicion of having a relationship with someone else. On the other hand, the lover who makes his girlfriend feel deeply loved in the initial days, later does not hesitate to kill his girlfriend painfully. There is a question mark on such murder cases and love affairs. Will any girl be able to blindly trust her boyfriend in the coming times?
