डेरा सच्चा सौदा मुखी गुरमीत राम रहीम को अब जेड प्लस सुरक्षा दी गई है। डेरा मुखी फरलो पर जेल से बाहर है। सूत्रों के हवाले से पता चला है कि गृह मंत्रालय से ऐसा इनपुट मिला था कि राम रहीम की जान को खालिस्तान समर्थकों से खतरा है। साध्वी यौन शोषण और हत्या के मामले में सजा काट रहा राम रहीम फिलहाल फरलो पर बाहर है।
सोमवार को ही हरियाणा सरकार ने राम रहीम को फरलो के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में पूरा रिकॉर्ड सौंपा था। सरकार ने स्पष्ट किया था कि फरलो का निर्णय तय प्रक्रिया के तहत लिया गया है। अब इस मामले में बुधवार को निर्धारित की गई है।
गुरमीत राम रहीम को फरलो के खिलाफ पंजाब के समाना से निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार परमजीत सिंह सोहाली ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल करते हुए हरियाणा सरकार पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे। याची ने कहा कि पंजाब में विधानसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले राम रहीम को राजनीतिक लाभ लेने के लिए फरलो दी गई है। याची ने कहा कि राम रहीम का पंजाब की कई सीटों पर गहरा प्रभाव है और ऐसे में उसकी फरलो से पंजाब में शांति भंग हो सकती है। सुनवाई के दौरान हरियाणा के एडवोकेट जनरल बलदेव राज महाजन ने हाईकोर्ट को बताया कि राम रहीम ने फरलो के लिए आवेदन किया था। इस आवेदन पर रोहतक मंडल के आयुक्त ने पुलिस से रिपोर्ट मांगी थी। पुलिस रिपोर्ट को आधार बनाते हुए शर्तों के साथ गुड कंडक्ट प्रिजनर्स के प्रावधान के अनुरूप फरलो पर 21 दिन के लिए अस्थायी रिहाई दी गई है। इस दौरान यदि राम रहीम शर्तों का पालन नहीं करता है तो उस स्थिति में उसकी फरलो रद्द की सकती है।
