Suicide Case in Jawahar Circle Police Station
जयपुर। जवाहर सर्किल थाने की हवालात में कथित खुदकुशी करने वाले अंकित त्यागी के परिजन रोते-बिलखते थाने पहुंचे और पुलिस के खिलाफ नारेबाजी की। मृतक की पत्नी सुनीता ने कहा कि अंकित कमजोर नहीं था। पुलिस उसे जिंदा पकड़कर ले गई थी और अब उसकी लाश दे रहे हैं।
शिकायत करने वालों और जिम्मेदार पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए पीड़िता रोती बिलखती रही। मजिस्ट्रेट की मौजूदगी में 13 घंटे बाद शव को नीचे उतारा गया। मेडिकल बोर्ड से शव का पोस्टमार्टम करवाया जाएगा। अब यह सुसाइड है या कुछ और इसका पूरा खुलासा जांच के बाद ही होगा। पुलिस ने अंकित को बीते 19 फरवरी को छेड़छाड में गिरफ्तार किया था।
मृतक अंकित के खिलाफ पूर्व में भी पॉक्सो के तीन मामले दर्ज हैं। वर्ष 2014 में एक्सीटेंड का, 2016 में श्याम नगर और 2017 में शिप्रापथ थाने में पॉक्सो एक्ट में मामला दर्ज हुआ। हालांकि एक मुकदमे में आरोपी पूर्व में बरी हो चुका है।
जवाहर सर्किल थाने में सीसीटीवी कैमरे ही बंद थे। जबकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश हैं कि हर थाने में सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने होंगे फिर भी पालना नहीं की गई। जवाहर सर्किल थाने का सीसीटीवी दो माह से बंद पड़ा था। थानाधिकारी राधारमण गुप्ता ने भी इसे ठीक कराने की जहमत नहीं उठाई। वर्ष 2011 में जयपुर कमिश्नरेट की स्थापना के बाद आज तक चार बार थाने में सुसाइड केस हो चुके हैं।
